The insynergi® Project Leadership Academy enables participants to engage and to share their own experiences openly and with confidence building a peer community that will provide support long after the programme has ended.

The insynergi® Project Leadership Academy optionally comprises the following components:

  1. A series of assessments to identify both technical and emotional strengths;

  2. A series of linked “Theme Days” which explore the challenges of delivering projects successfully;

  3. Action Learning where insynergi® Project Leadership Academy members commit to completing their development plan;

  4. A personal Coach and Mentor who will support their development providing one-to-one support;

  5. Masterclasses and other events to support additional knowledge requirements;

  6. Membership of the Association for Project Management.
